Rocky Coast With Sunset・- Watercolour Workshops with Pam Clark

This workshop is suitable for all levels and will be in the form of the usual watercolour process, with the inclusion of some collage using tissue paper.
Starting with a demonstration to include the techniques to form some rocky outcrops with the tissue paper, then painting with watercolour a sunset behind the rocks with a calm sea in the foreground.
Should you have a specific picture you would like to copy then please bring it with you, if not then Pam will have done some preparatory ideas, which can be used instead.
For the course the following materials are required...
Watercolour paper of 140 lb/ 300g/m (no lesser weight) paper stretched, or at least stuck down on a board - (boards are available for use in the gallery at no extra charge), or preferably a block pad as this does not have to be stretched.
A sketch book or paper for practicing and for trying out colour mixes ・this does not have to be of the same weight s above.
A mixing dish
Various size brushes
Pencils : 2B or 3B
Whatever watercolours you have to hand, but must include the following:
Blues ; Cobalt and/or French Ultramarine
Purple or Pinky Red
A neutral tint or Sepia
Yellow, either Cadmium or Lemon
Paynes Grey (optional as can be mixed)
